Overall Role Purpose

As a Field Courier for DHL Express, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe collection and delivery of time-sensitive shipments, providing an exceptional and friendly service experience to our customers. Your professionalism and dedication are crucial in ensuring we meet our commitments and maintain our position as the world's most international company.

Your Tasks:

• Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver shipments to and from customer locations within a designated route in and around your area.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues with a positive and professional demeanour.
• Shipment Handling: Ensure all shipments are handled with care, are correctly scanned, and all necessary paperwork, paperwork’s and documentation are accurately completed.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery, considering traffic patterns and delivery deadlines.
• Vehicle Operation & Safety: Operate the company vehicle safely and lawfully. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Technology Use: The utilization and handheld scanners and other company technology to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and manage routes.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including customs, security, and dangerous goods.

Your Profile:

• Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.(Lightweight /Heavy weight Driver License)
• Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Arabicbasic to intermediate communication skills are highly advantageous.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle and lift packages of varying weights and to be physically active for extended periods.
• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Reliability & Punctuality: A strong sense of responsibility, with an excellent record of punctuality and attendance.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
