Responsibilities
  • Develop cost control systems, analyze expenditures, prepare reports, establish budgets, and provide financial training while ensuring compliance and optimizing resources.
  • Develop and maintain benchmarking data and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to support planning and decision‑making in the Residential Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement cost control procedures, conduct audits, collaborate on budgets, and analyze data to enhance financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Responsible for processing journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and assisting in audits with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Oversee financial management and cost control of fitout projects, requiring expertise in budgeting, cost reporting, and financial analysis for luxury projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance for cost‑effectiveness.

  • Responsible for budget estimation, tender preparation, cost analysis, and project monitoring in facility management operations and maintenance.
