Job description

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in digital banking, preferably supporting corporate internet/mobile channels.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Monitoring Tools: Jira, Mongo Engine, API debugging tools
  • Middleware/Integration: API Gateway, ESB, or microservices
• Good understanding of corporate banking processes (cash management, payments, trade finance).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident/change management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Languages: Arabic (native), English (fluent).

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Banking Digital Channels / API Integration Training
