Join JASARA PMC as a Contract Manager and play a critical role in our project management office (PMO). We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities. You will ensure that our contracts support project objectives while adhering to legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for project-related activities, including procurement and service agreements.
  • Ensure that all contracts meet legal requirements and align with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to determine contract needs and provide strategic input on terms and conditions.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, including tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and initiate modifications or renewals as necessary.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and changes in legislation that may affect contracts.
  • Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems.
  • Provide training and resources to other departments on effective contract management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
