Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Riyadh is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the concierge desk, guide a trained team, and deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will directly assist guests with local information, dining reservations, transport bookings, and activity planning, while upholding impeccable service standards 24/7 in one of Riyadh's premier properties.

Qualifications

• 3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the concierge team and ensure they are well-trained and knowledgeable.
• Interact directly with guests to answer queries and provide local recommendations.
• Coordinate reservation services for restaurants, transportation, and activities.
• Oversee guest luggage handling and ensure secure storage and delivery.
• Support a 24/7 operation with flexibility in mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Role of the Concierge Supervisor

As a concierge supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of a concierge desk in a hotel. Your responsibilities go beyond simply managing a team – you are also the main point of contact for guests, providing them with valuable information and exceptional service.

Oversee the concierge team, ensuring that they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service. You provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively.

In addition to managing your team, you also directly interact with customers on a daily basis. Guests rely on you for answers to their queries, whether it be about local attractions, events or providing recommendations for dining or entertainment options. Your role as a concierge supervisor requires you to possess extensive knowledge about the surrounding area and be up-to-date with current trends and attractions.

Reservation services are another crucial aspect of your job. Guests often turn to you for assistance in making reservations at restaurants, booking transportation or securing tickets for various activities. Your ability to efficiently make these arrangements comes from your expertise in understanding guest preferences and needs.

As a concierge supervisor, you oversee guest luggage handling services. This includes ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining utmost security and professionalism.

Knowledge and Skills

• 3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
• Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required
• Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
• As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Concierge’s to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays..
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
