Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Hostess for Café Boulud to deliver a warm welcome, manage seating and reservations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires a polished appearance, excellent English and Arabic, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a luxury hotel environment, with strong teamwork and guest service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience in a restaurant, F&B, or guest service in luxury hotel.
• Previous hostess or reservations experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of SevenRooms is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

About the Role

As a Hostess at Café Boulud , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression while delivering the exceptional service standards that define Four Seasons. You will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating table assignments, and ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Working closely with the Restaurant Management and Service team, you will oversee the flow of the restaurant, maximize seating efficiency, and promptly respond to guest inquiries while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.

Your knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, combined with your attention to detail and genuine passion for guest service, will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences at Café Boulud .

Knowledge and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in a restaurant, Food & Beverage, or guest service environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Previous hostess or restaurant reservations experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
• Working knowledge of restaurant reservations systems (SevenRooms experience is an advantage).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
