Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh seeks a Concierge Supervisor to lead the concierge desk, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise a trained team, provide guidance, and act as the primary contact for guests seeking information, dining, or transportation recommendations.

With deep knowledge of Riyadh’s attractions and current events, you will manage reservations, tickets, and guest requests while ensuring secure luggage handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front office or related work experience.
• Previous Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the concierge desk operations and supervise the team.
• Provide guests with information and exceptional service.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, and tickets for activities.
• Ensure luggage handling is secure and efficient.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events.

The Role of the Concierge Supervisor

As a concierge supervisor you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of a concierge desk in a hotel Your responsibilities go beyond simply managing a team you are also the main point of contact for guests providing them with valuable information and exceptional service Oversee the concierge team ensuring that they are well-trained knowledgeable and capable of delivering exceptional customer service You provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively In addition to managing your team you also directly interact with customers on a daily basis Guests rely on you for answers to their queries whether it be about local attractions events or providing recommendations for dining or entertainment options Your role as a concierge supervisor requires you to possess extensive knowledge about the surrounding area and be up-to-date with current trends and attractions Reservation services are another crucial aspect of your job Guests often turn to you for assistance in making reservations at restaurants booking transportation or securing tickets for various activities Your ability to efficiently make these arrangements comes from your expertise in understanding guest preferences and needs As a concierge supervisor you oversee guest luggage handling services This includes ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining utmost security and professionalism

Knowledge and Skills

3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required Current Four Seasons employees bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel environment will receive priority consideration Strong command of the English language both written and oral are required Excellent commitment to service and teamwork Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check As our hotel is open 24 7 365 days a year we expect our Concierge s to be flexible in working mornings evenings weekends overnights and holidays Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
