Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the concierge desk and deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

You will oversee a trained team, handle reservations, guest inquiries, and luggage services, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions. A flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays is required.

Qualifications

3 years front office or related work experience preferred.
Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
Strong command of the English language, both written and oral, is required.
Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
As hotel is open 24/7, flexibility in morning/evening/weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee concierge desk operations and guest interactions.
Lead and train the concierge team to deliver exceptional service.

The Role of the Concierge Supervisor

As a concierge supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of a concierge desk in a hotel. Your responsibilities go beyond simply managing a team – you are also the main point of contact for guests, providing them with valuable information and exceptional service.

Oversee the concierge team, ensuring that they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service. You provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively.

In addition to managing your team, you also directly interact with customers on a daily basis. Guests rely on you for answers to their queries, whether it be about local attractions, events or providing recommendations for dining or entertainment options. Your role as a concierge supervisor requires you to possess extensive knowledge about the surrounding area and be up-to-date with current trends and attractions.

Reservation services are another crucial aspect of your job. Guests often turn to you for assistance in making reservations at restaurants, booking transportation or securing tickets for various activities. Your ability to efficiently make these arrangements comes from your expertise in understanding guest preferences and needs.

As a concierge supervisor, you oversee guest luggage handling services. This includes ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining utmost security and professionalism.

Knowledge And Skills

3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred.
Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required
Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required
Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Concierge's to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
