Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, consumer goods, or related industry.
Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or senior executive leading a sizeable business or multiple functions.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and P&L performance.
Strong experience across e-commerce and retail distribution, ideally covering both digital and traditional sales channels.
Solid understanding of the Saudi retail market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Proven expertise in commercial strategy, sales leadership, marketing, and customer experience.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and distribution operations.
Experience leading digital transformation, e-commerce growth initiatives, and technology-enabled improvements.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability optimization.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or postgraduate preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's overall business strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Identify new revenue streams, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships across e-commerce and retail distribution.
Strengthen competitive positioning within the Saudi retail market through market intelligence and trend analysis.
Oversee sales, marketing, e-commerce, and distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels.
Lead digital commerce platforms, optimizing online sales, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Improve operational efficiency, supply chain performance, and cost optimization.
Own the company's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
Establish KPIs, monitor results, and implement initiatives to improve revenue and margins.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance performance.
Build and develop a high-performing executive team and drive organizational change.
Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with shareholders, board, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and strong corporate governance.
