Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment in Riyadh seeks a seasoned CEO/Managing Director to drive strategic growth across e-commerce and retail distribution. You will oversee commercial, supply chain, digital transformation, and financial performance to deliver sustainable profitability and shareholder value.

The role requires a proven track record at the highest executive level, fluency in English and Arabic, and a strong network within the Saudi retail market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, consumer goods, or related industry.
• Proven track record as CEO, MD, General Manager, or senior executive.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, revenue expansion, and P&L performance.
• Strong experience across e-commerce and retail distribution, covering digital and traditional channels.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify new revenue streams, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships across e-commerce and retail distribution.
• Oversee commercial performance, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and distribution strategies to achieve targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while enhancing the customer experience across all channels.
• Lead digital commerce platforms, optimize online sales and digital marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee retail distribution, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Improve operational efficiency, supply chain performance, cost optimization, and service delivery.
• Own the company’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Establish KPIs, monitor results, and implement initiatives to improve margins and profitability.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing executive team with accountability and collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with shareholders, board members, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and establish governance and risk management practices.
