The business is entering a new phase of scale, governance maturity, and regional expansion aligned with Vision 2030 ambitions.
The Chief Executive Officer will carry full P&L ownership and overall responsibility for the groups strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth. This role will lead the transformation of the organisation into a more structured, performance-driven, and scalable enterprise. The CEO will work closely with shareholders and the board to define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation. A key focus will be strengthening leadership depth, improving operational discipline, and driving commercial excellence across all business units. The role will also represent the group externally with partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive CEO or Managing Director experience within retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand environments. A strong background in scaling businesses, leading complex organisations, and managing diverse leadership teams is essential. Proven experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, governance awareness, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with family offices or boards will be an advantage. Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership maturity and cultural awareness are critical.
