• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership at Director level.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand management, and integrated campaigns.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial mindset translating business objectives into measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market expansion plans.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and differentiation across channels.
