About the Role

To provide all personnel and administrative support to Bakery plant employees, in accordance with group personnel policies, Procedures and with relevant local regulations.

Activities
  • Support HR Supervisor and HR Senior Supervisor the Bakery plant with all required personnel operations.
  • Provide support and coordinate with Head Office HR team with all required reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly personnel performance reports to show how the department is performing against its objectives.
  • Implementing related Personnel Policies and Procedures.
  • Process & arrange employees holidays & tickets.
  • Coordinating with HR representatives in all Bakery plants in different locations and provides support when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good communication and written English skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical & highly proficient in reports.
