Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Passionate about African culture, particularly Zulu heritage, or eager to learn it.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm and Zulu-inspired hospitality.
• Present, explain, and promote the menu, including specials and cultural context.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and handle complaints professionally.
