Job summary

Rua Al Madinah Holding | رؤى المدينة القابضة seeks a Business Development Specialist to support investment tenders and related activities in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate investor engagement, manage tender processes from EOI to award, and conduct market analysis to inform decisions.

Working with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Development teams, you will prepare tender documentation, monitor timelines, and produce reports and dashboards on status, risks, and participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment tendering process, including EOI, RFI, RFP, evaluation, and award stages.
• Prepare, review, and issue tender documentation, including RFPs, bidder instructions, and supporting materials.
• Monitor tender timelines, submissions, and key milestones, escalating risks and delays when required.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations to ensure effective investor participation throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Prepare investor-facing materials, including teasers, presentations, and briefing notes.
• Manage bidder interactions, including clarifications, queries, and addendums.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of submissions, evaluations, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support data room management and ensure information accuracy and controlled access.
• Coordinate evaluation activities and consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in due diligence activities, including investor background checks and document reviews.
• Support the review of financial models, feasibility studies, and market assessments.
• Conduct market research and analyze investor behavior and sector trends.
• Coordinate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Development teams to ensure alignment across all tender stages.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on tender status, bidder participation, and key risks.
• Monitor performance indicators, including timelines, participation rates, and conversion metrics.
