Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Tendering Manager to lead the end-to-end tendering process for major infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate will oversee cost estimation, bid preparation, and pricing strategies, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Project teams, and manage multiple tenders with strict deadlines.

A minimum of 15 years in tendering and civil construction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of tendering and estimation experience in contracting and construction.
• Experience leading tendering teams and coordinating with engineering, procurement, contracts, and project management.
• Proven ability to review cost estimates, pricing strategies, and technical & commercial bids.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tendering Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the contracting and construction industry.
• Strong experience in tendering and estimation within the contracting and construction industry.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure Works, Buildings, and Transmission Line Projects.
• Strong experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development.
• Good knowledge of contracts, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Experience in reviewing tender requirements and preparing competitive technical and commercial bids.
• Proven experience in leading and managing tendering teams and overseeing the overall tendering process.
• Ability to review and approve cost estimates, pricing strategies, and technical & commercial proposals before submission.
• In-depth knowledge of current market prices, material and subcontractor rates, and construction industry pricing trends to ensure accurate and competitive tender pricing.
• Experience in coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management teams during the tendering process.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders, priorities, deadlines, and bid submissions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
