Job Purpose

We are looking for a promising graduate who has a passion for learning, building relationships, and creating an impact, to join the Business Development & Partnerships team at Dirayaah. You will work closely with the Business Development & Partnerships Lead, participating in discovering opportunities, building relationships, and supporting projects that contribute to serving the non-profit sector in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts by researching new opportunities and target entities.

Job Requirements

1. Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, public relations, or working with the non-profit sector.

• Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.

• Skills: Passion for learning, initiative-taking, teamwork, and readiness to develop professional skills.

2. Preferred Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi nationality is preferred.

• Interests: Interest in developmental work, creating an impact, and contributing to initiatives with social value.

• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the non-profit sector, or prior participation in volunteer work and community initiatives.

• Activities: Experience in student activities, university clubs, leading initiatives, or organizing events.
