Job summary

Dirayaah is seeking a proactive Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to support growth in the non-profit sector across Saudi Arabia. The role involves researching opportunities, building client and partner relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact.

You will work with the Business Development & Partnerships Lead to identify grants, prepare proposals, manage CRM activities, and participate in events to expand the organization’s reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, PR, media, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years in BD, marketing, PR, or non-profit work.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
• Shagf passion for learning, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts by researching new opportunities and target entities.
• Contribute to building and updating client and partner database, and managing the CRM system.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and introductory materials in coordination with the team.
• Attend meetings, events, and conferences, and participate in building relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct studies and research on the non-profit sector, grants, national initiatives, and market trends.
• Follow up on commercial opportunities, update sales reports, and support pipeline management.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and achieve team goals.
