The role requires 7+ years of sales/BD experience in manufacturing or related sectors, a strong KSA network, Arabic & English proficiency, and an immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kingdom for manufacturing
• Build and manage a strong project pipeline from initial prospecting through to signed contracts
• Prepare project budgeting and operational design of portfolio and services to prospective clients
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed with management
• Maintain relationships with real estate developers, property owners, PMCs, and corporate clients in the KSA market
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts and deliver tailored proposals and commercial offers in coordination with design and operations teams

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kingdom for manufacturing
• factories/plants like Pipes, Tissues, Garments, General trading etc. any other commercially
  viable segments across Saudi Arabia.
  Build and manage a strong project pipeline, from initial prospecting through to signed
  contracts.
  Prepare project budgeting and operational design of portfolio and services to prospective
  clients.
  Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's revenue andgrowth targets.
  Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed withmanagement.
  Maintain and deepen relationships with an existing network of real estate developers,
