Job summary

Nordex Industrial Support in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to identify and secure new manpower recruitment opportunities for oil, gas, petrochemical, construction and manufacturing clients. You will lead project-based hiring initiatives and coordinate with recruitment operations to meet demand.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in manpower sales, deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization, fluent English, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; engineering preferred.
• 5–8 years in business development/sales in manpower recruitment.
• Experience in project-based manpower hiring; trading experience is a plus.
• Saudi market experience, Eastern Province preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization practices.
• Fluent English; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel.

Develop project-based manpower hiring opportunities, including workforce mobilization for large-scale projects. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and manpower supply agreements. Identify complementary trading opportunities in industrial materials and equipment where relevant. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and coordinate with recruitment operations to fulfill manpower demand. Monitor Saudi labor market trends, Nitaqat Saudization requirements and competitor activity. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, and report on pipeline and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred.
• 5–8 years in business development/sales in manpower recruitment (blue- and white‑collor).
• Prior experience in project-based manpower hiring; trading experience is a plus.
• Proven Saudi market experience; Eastern Province experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and Nitaqat/Saudization practices.
• Fluent English required; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license; willing to travel for client visits.
