Job summary

Trendyol Core Commerce in Saudi Arabia seeks a dynamic professional to scale Beauty and Cosmetics partnerships. You will manage top brands, onboard new sellers, and drive GMV growth through strategic JBPs and co-marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to remove bottlenecks and support partner growth. Fluency in Arabic and English helps navigate the Saudi market and cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, and/or E-Commerce, ideally within the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in key account management, brand partnerships, or commercial category management.
• Experience managing top-tier beauty brands, regional distributors, and handling complex commercial terms.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making, project management, and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities.
• Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations.
• Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners.
• Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.
