L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior commercial partnerships leader to drive pure player collaborations across the region, accelerate digital growth for our dermo-cosmetics portfolio, and own end-to-end P&L performance.

You will lead Joint Business Planning, negotiate terms with key e-retail platforms like Amazon MENA, steer promotional strategies, align with Supply Chain, and collaborate with digital marketing to optimise ROAS and customer acquisition.

Formación

• Proven track record leading Joint Business Planning, contract governance, and commercial terms with pure players or e-retail platforms.
• Strong command of financial drivers, gross margin delivery, pricing corridors, and revenue growth management.
• Practical understanding of online platform algorithms, digital shelf execution, and performance marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial negotiations with major pure player accounts such as Amazon MENA, aligning terms, margins, and co-investments.
• Own the account P&L end-to-end, delivering top- and bottom-line targets across Net Sales Value, gross margin, and sell-in/sell-out performance.
• Steer promotional strategies and discount corridors to prevent cross-channel price friction while maximising commercial return.
• Co-steer retail media investments alongside digital marketing to optimise ROAS and drive customer acquisition.
• Build rolling demand forecasts and partner with Supply Chain to maintain inventory health, stock availability, and service levels on core hero products.
• Coordinate the pure player squad and collaborate with E-Activation specialists to ensure high-standard digital shelf execution.
