Barista - Coffee Connoisseur in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

Are you a passionate coffee lover with a talent for creating the perfect cup of joe? We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will use your expert knowledge and skills to craft delicious coffee beverages for our customers. Your role will involve preparing and serving various types of coffee, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils
- Ensure all food and drink products are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety standards
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on current coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Train new baristas on proper techniques for making various coffee drinks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mecca with valid visa sponsorship (for non-Saudi nationals)
