Job summary

CC Staffing International is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers in Jeddah to drive business growth by selling technology solutions across government, retail, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. You will build strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of B2B tech sales, with frequent field visits across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales, business development, or account management experience in technology or solutions.
• Proven track record selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or tech products/services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management experience with a target-driven background.
• Willingness for outdoor sales, field visits, and frequent client meetings across KSA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and ensure delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while hitting targets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and events.
