Job summary

CC Staffing International invites experienced Sales Account Managers to drive business growth across Saudi sectors, covering government, retail, hospitality, and charity.

You will sell hardware and software solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong client relationships through field visits and executive engagements across KSA. Fluent Arabic and strong English are mandatory, with travel to client sites to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in technology or solutions.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products.
• Strong B2B sales and account management track record with targets.
• Willingness to travel for field visits across locations within KSA.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication.
• Knowledge of the Saudi business environment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and BD activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements.
• Promote hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
