Job summary

CC Staffing International Ltd. is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers in Saudi Arabia to drive business growth across government, retail, hospitality, charity and non-profit sectors.

You will cultivate long-term client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and close deals for hardware and software technology solutions. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in tech sales, strong Arabic and English, and a willingness to travel across locations in KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in technology or solutions.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products/services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management with proven targets.
• Willingness for outdoor sales and travel within KSA, frequent face-to-face meetings.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and BD activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and ensure delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving targets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, events, and networking.
