Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day F&B operations for a growing business in the region. You will drive efficiency, maintain service standards, manage teams, and improve overall business performance across outlets.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on F&B experience, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of managing costs, KPIs, and large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of F&B operations experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory, P&L, and operational planning.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage large teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on business performance.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of the Saudi F&B market and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across F&B outlets, ensuring efficient and consistent execution.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and key operational KPIs.
• Manage outlet teams, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Ensure consistent standards across food quality, service, guest experience, and brand presentation.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, training programs, and performance objectives.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage.
• Review operational and financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other functions.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Support new outlet launches, process improvements, and business expansion.
• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management.

• Good understanding of theSaudi F&B market and applicable regulations

• Strong English communication skills;Arabic is an advantage

• PreviousSaudi or GCC experience is preferred
