Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our luxury outlet and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise service associates, coach and develop teams, manage staff rosters, and partner with the kitchen to ensure seamless service, cost control and adherence to brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring a track record in F&B leadership within luxury hospitality, strong English

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record in food and beverage service leadership.
• Experience supervising and developing teams.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, F&B service styles and cost-control principles.
• English communication; additional languages a plus.

• Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations ensuring procedures, service standards, and policies are followed.
• Support development, training, and coaching of associates to build a high-performing team.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, handle feedback, and deliver personalised service experiences.
• Drive revenue opportunities through menu recommendations, beverage sales, promotions and menu initiatives.
• Manage operational planning including duty rosters, stock requisitions, and effective communication with kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, Forbes LQA, HACCP and local hygiene requirements.

As part of the Food amp Beverage team you will report to the Restaurant Manager and support the day-to-day operation of the outlet Working closely with service associates and the kitchen team you will help ensure exceptional guest experiences operational excellence and adherence to Rosewood standards As an Assistant Manager you will play a key role in supervising restaurant operations supporting and developing associates and ensuring service excellence throughout the guest journey You will act as a leader within the outlet fostering strong guest relationships driving commercial performance maintaining operational standards and stepping into the Restaurant Manager s responsibilities when required

You have a strong track record in food and beverage service leadership, ideally within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building meaningful guest relationships.You have experience supervising and developing teams, creating a positive and collaborative working culture.You possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service styles and cost-control principles.You communicate confidently in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to remain calm while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
