Swissôtel Al Maqam in Saudi Arabia seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily outlet operations, supervise staff, and ensure service standards across shifts. The role reports to the Outlet Manager and requires coordinating with kitchen and stewarding teams while delivering guest‑oriented service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in F&B, supervisory exposure, and solid English communication, with basic MS Office and POS knowledge.

Competenze

2–3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a five‑star hotel.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards.
Strong leadership, organization, and guest-satisfaction focus.

Mansioni

Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operation of the outlet.
Ensure outlet is ready before each service including setup and cleanliness.
Supervise the team during service to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
Coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve routine issues.
Conduct daily briefings and provide on-the-job training.
