Job summary

Swissôtel Al Maqam in Makkah region invites an Assistant Outlet Manager to support and supervise daily outlet operations, ensure service standards, and back the team. You will monitor setup, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while coordinating with Kitchen/Stewarding to maintain quality.

The role emphasizes training, supervision, and delivering consistent guest experiences in a five-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to train, guide, and support team members.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the daily operation of the outlet.
Ensure outlet readiness, including table setup, buffet presentation, cleanliness, equipment, and staff readiness.
Supervise the team during service to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
Coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth service.
Identify and solve daily operational issues within authority.
