Job summary

SWISSOTEL Medina is seeking a proactive Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and drive smooth service flow across outlets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Food & Beverage operations, supervisory experience, and strong English communication. The role requires a professional appearance and ability to train and motivate staff to maintain

Qualifications

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proven leadership and team supervision abilities in F&B.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
Experience with POS systems and restaurant workflows.
Ability to train, guide and coach team members.

Responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations.
Ensure outlet is ready before service with table setup, buffet presentation, cleanliness, equipment and staff readiness.
Supervise the team during service to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Check standards before, during, and after service and ensure proper handovers.
Coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding for seamless service.
Monitor service flow and support the team as needed.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across service areas.
Oversee cost control, equipment usage and wastage reduction.
Prepare and review daily reports and shift handover notes.
