Swissôtel Al Maqam in Makkah region seeks an F&B Attendant to greet guests, assist with menu items and ensure service standards are met. The role reports to Assistant Outlet Manager within a deluxe hotel environment near Masjid Al Haram.

Strong English, team spirit and experience with Micros are preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining guest satisfaction, following safety protocols and working collaboratively in a fast-paced outlet.

Qualifications

• Experience with Micros or similar POS systems.
• Proficiency in English.

Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to Assistant Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service
• Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior experience working with Micros or a related system
• Advanced in English
