AQJOBS is assisting a client in Saudi Arabia to recruit a field sales professional who will craft a growth plan and drive regional sales in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering sectors. The role requires strong customer focus, independent work, and travel across the region.

You will coordinate cross-functional communication, build quotes from customer applications, and support global key accounts with local presence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in a field sales position with technical sales experience.
• Exposure to Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages and Water industries in the region is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; based in Saudi Arabia; willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a sales growth plan specifically for Saudi Arabia to achieve sales targets and budgets.
• Coordinate effective communication between internal departments (global marketing, segment Corporate Key Account, Factories) and local organization.
• Create quotes based on customer applications and consider appropriate products.
• Improve business relationships and provide local support to global key accounts in the region.
• Support in the order winning process with strategic or complex customer visits.
• Introduce systems and solutions sales to distribution channels, OEMs, and major end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a sales growth plan specifically for Saudi Arabia to successfully achieve the agreed company sales growth targets and budgets
• Coordinate effective communication between the related internal departments like global marketing segment Corporate Key Account Management Factories & the local organization
• Create quotes based on customer applications and under consideration of the appropriate products
• Improve business relationships and provide direct local support to the global key accounts located in the Region
• Support in the order winning process with strategic and or complex customer visits
• Introduce systems and solutions sales to distribution channels OEM & major end-user clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering or equivalent experience with 2 to 5 years plus experience in a field sales position.
• Professional experience in technical sales, preferably knowledge of measurement and control technology would be beneficial.
• Exposure to the Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages and Water Industry in the region will be an added advantage.
• Outgoing, convincing manner with a strong focus on our customers and their needs.
• Ability to work independently and a high degree of self-motivation.
• Fluent speaker in Arabic and English language.
• Based in Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to travel as part of a field sales role
