Job summary

Galaxy Enterprises Services Co in Dammam seeks a technically minded business development professional to expand the customer base in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities and Construction sectors. You will translate customer requirements into suitable solutions and prepare technical and commercial quotations.

The role requires 3–7 years in technical sales, strong English, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia to meet clients and coordinate with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, business development or industrial products.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities or Industrial sectors preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical, chemical, industrial or MRO products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate requirements into solutions.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Oil Gas Petrochemical Utilities Industrial and Construction sectors.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
• Review RFQs, specifications, datasheets and technical documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical and commercial offers.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Conduct customer visits and technical discussions when required.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers from initial inquiry through order completion.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in strong Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline strong strong 3 7 years of relevant experience strong in technical sales business development or industrial products Experience in strong Oil Gas Petrochemical Utilities or Industrial sectors strong is highly preferred Good understanding of electrical chemical industrial or MRO products Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to understand technical specifications and convert customer requirements into suitable solutions Good command of strong English strong both written and spoken Strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required

Preferred Experience

Experience with customers such as Aramco, SEC, SABIC, SATORP, SWCC, MARAFIQ, YASREF, or other major industrial companies will be considered an advantage.
