Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a senior leader to own AI-driven customer engagements across the full value lifecycle in Riyadh.

You will define the Agentic AI strategy, run workshops, architect solutions, and govern responsible AI across Data Cloud and enterprise systems. You will oversee delivery, manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, ensure adoption, and guide change management to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 4 years of strategic solutioning or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce platform and Data Cloud.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy, architecture, and governance for engagements.
• Oversee deployment and program management with risk control.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on strategy and execution.
• Manage stakeholder communications and present business-valued outcomes.
