Job summary

Arab House in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Product & Technical Expert – Agentic AI to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of AI-powered contact center solutions. The role requires expertise in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, RAG, AI governance, and enterprise system integration.

You will oversee API integrations with CRM and core banking systems, vendor management, and compliance with Saudi regulations including SAMA and PDPL.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, SLMs, and RAG.
• Experience with AI governance, vendor management, and RFP processes.
• Skills in AI solution architecture and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions.
• Work with Virtual AI Bots, Conversational IVR, and Agent Assist technologies.
• Apply interaction analytics and speech analytics solutions.
• Work with LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Design AI solution architectures and manage system integrations.
• Implement AI governance, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.
• Manage API integrations with CRM and core banking systems.
• Support AI model selection, optimization, and monitoring.
• Handle vendor management, RFP processes, and technical evaluations.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Ensure alignment with SAMA compliance, PDPL, and data privacy requirements.
