Job summary

SAP is seeking a Principal Consultant in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) to lead customer innovation engagements in Industry AI. You will run workshops, translate business challenges into AI solutions, and own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, delivering measurable value in partnership with engineering.

You will apply deep industry experience and a product/consulting mindset to define high-impact AI use cases, build prototypes, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience defining AI use cases with data readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition or delivery, or leading business transformation at senior levels.
• Ability to lead executive workshops and co-innovation engagements with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking to identify high-impact AI opportunities and chart executables.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases with KPIs and ROI timelines.
• Solid SAP platform knowledge including S/4HANA, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Define high-value AI use cases and measurable value metrics.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with requirements and prototypes.
• Deliver value rapidly using a fast, iterative model for production deployment.
• Build the Industry AI portfolio with reusable assets and accelerators across SAP globally.
