Job summary

The role focuses on delivering enterprise-wide AI capabilities, building high-performing teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of AI, data science, ML, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading AI initiatives or technical teams.
• Experience in FMCG industry within a multi-site organization.
• Experience developing and implementing AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, development, deployment, and integration of AI/ML solutions across functions.
• Oversee data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to generate actionable insights.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with SAP and enterprise systems.
• Manage AI project priorities, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and ROI.
• Lead and develop the AI team and promote AI capabilities across the organization.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and impact with KPIs.
