Job summary

Cognition, an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, is hiring an Applied AI Transformation Manager in Riyadh. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, design value realization targets, and drive enterprise-wide programs to implement agentic AI across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Computer science or EE undergrad degree required.
• SWE intern or full time work experience.
• 3-5 years at a big 3 strategy consulting firm with value targeting/realization and technology strategy.
• Ideally 2+ years at a startup in a customer-facing role.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learns exceptionally fast.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
• Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program with Cognition account team.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, metrics and value metrics.
• Maintain relationships and customer trust through delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers for successful deployment.
• Apply analytical and program management skills to support executives and teams.
