Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to ensure smooth, secure, and continuous operation of IT systems in Riyadh. The role involves Windows Server/Client maintenance, log analysis, and on-call support to sustain 24x7 operations.

The candidate will handle Level 1–2 support, monitor performance, and troubleshoot hardware and network issues in a live production environment, with emphasis on uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
2-4 years in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Windows Server Administration, MCSA/MCSE.

Responsibilities

Shift-based role with on-call support to maintain 24x7 operations.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for systems.
Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client OS.
Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for resolution.
