Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to ensure smooth, secure, and continuous operation of IT systems in Riyadh. The role involves Windows Server/Client maintenance, log analysis, and on-call support to sustain 24x7 operations.

The candidate will handle Level 1–2 support, monitor performance, and troubleshoot hardware and network issues in a live production environment, with emphasis on uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• 2-4 years in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Windows Server Administration, MCSA/MCSE.

Responsibilities

• Shift-based role with on-call support to maintain 24x7 operations.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for systems.
• Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client OS.
• Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for resolution.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and continuous operation of systems.

Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Perform Windows Server and Client installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Review application and system logs to diagnose and resolve issues.

Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.

Work in a live operational environment where system uptime and reliability are business critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Schedule: Shift-based role with on-call support to maintain 24x7 operations
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for systems.
• Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
• Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for issue resolution.

Strong knowledge of:
