Job summary

Zyagulf Information Technology UAE seeks a Transmission NOC Engineer for L1/L2 support, focusing on data center infrastructure and telecom connectivity. The ideal candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents to ensure SLA compliance.

Responsibilities include real-time surveillance, ticket management, and coordination with stakeholders. The role requires 2–6 years of relevant experience and willingness to work on a 24x7 schedule in Riyadh, KSA.

Qualifications

• >> Basic understanding of Data Center infrastructure and or Telecom Connectivity networks.
• << DCIM, NMS and OSS familiarity.
• << Hands-on in Ciena 6200 MCP.
• << Knowledge of ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• << Strong monitoring, analytical and communication skills. Willingness to work 24x7 shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and surveillance of infrastructure health and alarms via DCIM, NMS, OSS.
• Incident management: create, assign, dispatch and track trouble tickets with proper classification.
• Initial troubleshooting and fault isolation using available tools and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, vendors and carriers as required.
• Prepare and maintain RCA, fault trends and dashboards.
