Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from our customers.
- Welcome and advise our customers.
- Offer personalised solutions on every call.
- Live the company\'s culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Native-level French and proficient English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Being based in Porto.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)
- Five working days with two days off.
- Days-off are depending on the shift schedules
- Permanent contract and competitive salary.
- Private Medical Insurance after 4 months: transportation reimbursement up to 40.
