Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from our customers.
• Welcome and advise our customers.
• Offer personalised solutions on every call.
• Live the company\'s culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Native-level French and proficient English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Being based in Porto.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)
• Five working days with two days off.
• Days-off are depending on the shift schedules
• Permanent contract and competitive salary.
