German-Speaking Marketing Optimization Specialists
Location: Lisbon - Onsite

Join our fast-growing, multilingual team supporting a global leader in digital advertising. In this role, you’ll serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization, collaborating with internal teams and engaging with high-value clients to drive advertising success.

You’ll work onsite, in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, with comprehensive training provided from day one.

• Design and implement optimization strategies tailored to client goals
• Create keyword sets, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations
• Analyze account and campaign data to guide performance improvements
• Prepare reports to support strategic decisions
• Optimize across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), YouTube, and Mobile
• Spot opportunities to enhance campaign results and support sales interactions
• Maintain deep familiarity with processes, tools, and policies
• Deliver high-quality customer service to Account Leads
• Bring fresh ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Native-level fluency in German and excellent command of English
• Background in digital marketing, account management, or client services minimum 1 year
• 1-2 yearsexperience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.);
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• A proactive work ethic and comfort working both independently and in teams
• Ability to absorb and apply extensive technical knowledge
• Passion for excellence in customer experience and service delivery
