About the Role

Were seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our international hospitality team in Lisbon. As a key member of our contact center, youll provide exceptional travel advice and personalized service to Italian-speaking customers, helping them find and book their perfect hotel accommodations.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in Lisbon, Portugal
What Youll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, providing expert travel advice
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings using consultative sales techniques
  • Deliver personalized solutions based on customer preferences
  • Maintain high service standards while achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
What We Offer
  • Competitive Package: 1,366.55 monthly (including all allowances)
    • Base salary: 1,039.33

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts (rotating between 8 AM - 8 PM)
  • Portuguese public holidays observed

  • Initial 12-month contract (renewable)
  • 1-month trial period
  • Training agreement required
