Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role will be assisting in the acquisition of all permits, clearances, and certifications from Local Government Units (LGUs) and relevant government agencies to ensure that project operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Processing of necessary permits (e.g. Environmental Compliance Certificates, Zoning Permits and locational Clearances, etc.) necessary for the commencement and continuation of works at project sites.
• Monitoring the company's compliance with regulatory-prescribed or legally prescribed performance standards, rules and regulations;
• Filing and renewal of regulatory-issued certificates and licenses, as well as for the preparation and filing of regulatory-required reports.
• Ensure that permits/licenses are available to meet project timeline, permit conditions are communicated and monitoring of all permits compliances ensure full compliance of BESS and Solar with the ECC conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good presentation skills
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Possess strong sense of urgency, highly organized, proactive and able to multi-task
• Strong work ethics with high level of professionalism and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• With excellent command in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
