A leading Philippine bank is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts to manage account portfolio and drive sales of bank products. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of banking sales experience, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. The position involves assisting customers, managing complaints, and ensuring compliance with bank standards.
As a Customer Advisor - New Accounts, you will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products and services, and managing of account portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process the opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-over/renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements for all SBC products. You ensure on-time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the service standards of the Bank.
