Job summary

A local resource management firm in Hinatuan is seeking an organized individual to assist with purchase orders and coordination with vendors. The role requires good communication skills and attention to detail, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Ideal candidates should be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City and be adept in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management, and other related courses.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years related experience. Dynamic fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
  • Coordinate with vendors & internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices & inventory data.
  • Support logistics operations including shipping, releasing, and warehousing.
