Drive Financial Strategy and Ensure Compliance
- Lead the planning, management, and control of Finance, Management Accounting, Treasury, and Taxation functions.
- Ensure full compliance with finance policies, procedures, and international statutory standards.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and governance.
- Support audit preparation and ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
- Participate in long-term financial planning, treasury alignment, and capital structure decisions.
Oversee Accounting Operations with Accuracy and Integrity
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, reconciliations, schedules, and aging reports.
- Ensure timely transmittals of invoices, supplier and employee dispute resolution, and customer account management.
- Oversee employee-related receivables, remittances, and liquidation processes.
- Guarantee accurate reporting and closure of financial records in line with company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret complex data into practical insights.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial teams to drive performance.
